Plant Manager in Lenox, IA
Dalton Ag is seeking a highly energetic, self-motivated person to fill the position of Plant Manager in Lenox, IA. This person will oversee the management of all areas of manufacturing in order to produce products and direct activities in a timely/cost effective manner. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. This person is also responsible for the supervision of all direct and indirect production labor. Qualifications include a BA/BS in industrial, mechanical or business administration or a 4-year technical degree in related discipline and 5 years of experience in manufacturing management.
